Clark proposed:
---------------
15. COPYRIGHT NOTICE

Open Game License v 1.0a Copyright 2000, Wizards of
the Coast, Inc.

<snip>

[Insert name(s) of monster(s) used in place of this
bracketed text] from the Tome of Horrors Copyright
2002, Necromancer Games, Inc.; [see the individual
monster entry or entries for additional Section 15
information and insert that information here in place
of this bracketed text when reusing].
--------------

First, let me say that I would love to do this -- as a project I'm working
on would definetly benifit from it. But when reading section 6:

-----------
6.Notice of License Copyright: You must update the COPYRIGHT NOTICE portion
of this License to include the exact text of the COPYRIGHT NOTICE of any
Open Game Content You are copying, modifying or distributing, and You must
add the title, the copyright date, and the copyright holder's name to the
COPYRIGHT NOTICE of any original Open Game Content you Distribute.
-----------

It states that I must include the >exact text< -- that means I cannot follow
the instructions laid out above, and hence cannot use it. In fact, I
believe you (Clark) would be violating the OGL, because you did not include
the "Title, ... date, and ... holder's name" in the your Section 15.

This is my proposed solution:

1. Follow your own instruction for "including multiple monsters" but list
them all. It will make one huge ugly Section 15 in your product, but don't
worry about it.

2. Please each individual creature on your website, with it's own Section 15
listing only itself.

People who want to reuse your content won't pull it from your book, they'll
pull it from your web site. It will require 5hrs of extra time, time that
can be taken after the product ships to distributors, but I think would be
much more benificial to the Open Gaming community as a whole (since web
access to the OGC would more then likely increase it's chance of re-use.)

Just my 2cents,
--
Mike
