Apropos of nothing, I'd like to read the case file where the judge made a decision wherein he had to speak on the legality of a "Copyright statblock". Apropos of even less: A copyright statblock could be useful, as new media become created, the initial creator just creates a statblock which gives the new media a set of precedents that apply to it. For example, digital paper is on the horizon: Digital Paper, Fine Construct, First Sale Doctrine +5, Sony vs. Universal Studios (BetaMAX) +4, Open Content -2, DMCA -4, CBDTPA -6. Okay, I'm done. Sorry to have interrupted. Joe _______________________________________________ Ogf-l mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://mail.opengamingfoundation.org/mailman/listinfo/ogf-l
