Paul W. King It's a really pretty document. I've yet to actually see anyone use it correctly but it places some not so terrible restrictions on you in order to let you convert a lot of old stuff into OPEN 3E stuff. There are a few small loopholes that I'm sure Wizards will close up once people start abusing them.. things like Open Content Beholders come to mind.
