It's a really pretty document. I've yet to actually see anyone use it
correctly but it places some not so terrible restrictions on you in order
to let you convert a lot of old stuff into OPEN 3E stuff.

There are a few small loopholes that I'm sure Wizards will close up once
people start abusing them.. things like Open Content Beholders come to
mind. Myself, I've been poking at converting the 2E psionic powers over to
3E.

ESDpolicy, does this allow us to "convert" 1E and 2E monsters to 3E as
