    Just as a theoretical question, would that include the use of minor
rules tweaks similar to the massive damage adaptation in CoC/d20? Would that
be considered a copyrighted rules concept by this standard? If so, that's a
pity because it's a really good idea that elegantly solves a number of
setting feel problems that arise with the standard d20 damage system. To my
mind, the massive damage adjustment works *better* than the WP/VP system
while maintaining a closer connection to the core d20 rule set.
