Item 7 of the OGL says "You agree not to Use any Product Identity, including as an indication as to compatibility, except as expressly licensed in another, independent Agreement with the owner of each element of that Product Identity. You agree not to indicate compatibility or co-adaptability with any Trademark or Registered Trademark in conjunction with a work containing Open Game Content"
Checking the trademarks, I see that "Dungeon & Dragons", "D&D" and "Dungeon Master" are all registered trademarks. To say my product is "Compatiable with..." any of those is definitely a no-no. What about "Third Edition". That's not a trademark. Is it product identity? Would it be OK for an OGL product to say "Compatiable with 3rd Edition"? _______________________________________________ Ogf-l mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://mail.opengamingfoundation.org/mailman/listinfo/ogf-l
