Ah, good point. That shoots down the Monster Manual example. Does this also
apply to the "Compatiable with Third Edition" example or is that one OK?
If not, how does one say that a product is for third edition D&D without
violating anything (and not claiming the D20 license, just OGL?)
Is the gentle person's agreement available somewhere? I joined this dance
after it came out.
