Hi, I just joined this list, and I have a few questions that I hope
have not already been beat to death.

Back in February I started writing a program for myself to use in
game and out to organize spells and calculate costs of magic item
creation. Since then it's grown a bit further into a utility I can
also use to keep track of my PC's spellbooks or search for details on
spells. For my personal use I've input the spells from the SRD and
all the official WotC supplements I own that contain spells
(basically all of 'em but Sword & Fist).

Now, I realize that all the spells from the supplemental sourcebooks
are not OGC like those in the SRD. So my questions are these:

Am I allowed to put my program up on my website for free download to
interested parties if I include only the spells in the SRD? Would
this be compliant with the OGL?

I'd like to ask Wizards for permission to include the other spells as
well; can anyone point me to the right email address to inquire at?

I appreciate any input, and I apologize if these are simple questions
already explained elsewhere (and if so, can I get a link to
elsewhere?)

Thanks,
Chris
