Anything in your program which is a derivative work of the SRD must be
clearly identified as open game content, and exclusively licensed to the
recipient per the terms of the OGL.

That means code, templates, graphics, icons, etc.

I'll tell you the same thing I told Anthony:

"My opinion is that there is no way to encapsulate the SRD in an
external reference and present it to the user in any usable game-related
format that would not become a derivative work."
