As long as your original "Flip-a-Coin" was NOT derived
from any Open Game Content (such as the SRD) that is
your own content.

You can do whatever the heck you want with it.

You can choose to release it as Open Content. And even
if you do, you DO NOT lose your right to it.

You could do exactly as you propose and license it to
someone else. BUT if you release it as OGC you have
licensed others to use your content under the OGL.

HOWEVER, if "Flip-a-Coin" was derived from Open
Content (such as from the SRD) then you could only use
that content through the OGL and thus MUST release
your content as OGC and CANNOT relicense it in any
fashion.
