or, rather "I noticed that Mialee...I think she is unreleased 
intellectual property, not available via the WotC OGL".  that's the 
real reason the iconic characters haven't been claimed as PI--they're 
not in any OGC (unless WotC has released something besides the D20SRD 
as OGC, and i missed it). i don't have any WotC books, or i'd check, 
but i think they may have copyrighted or claimed trademark on the 
names and/or "distinctive likenesses" of their iconic 
characters--anybody wanna check the fine print of the PH and find out?
