I've got to wonder why Wizards has yet to release an OGL'd rulebook.
Not that I don't think that they have every right to keep their rules
closed, but it's not as if their desingers are incapable of following
the same license that they want rank amatuers in companies one-tenth's
their roleplaying department's size to follow.
Keeping the OGL out of the core books was understandable; it was a risky
effort, and they weren't sure if it was going to fly. But they knew
that d20-Modern was going to have its rules released on the very same
day as it hit the shelves--why not put the rules in the book and not
on-line, and give those of us who just want the rules an incentive to
buy the book?
*sigh*
