What gives you the impression that you would be the only small
publisher contributing open content? I own around 40 D20 products
from publishers of various sizes, and they fall into two distinct
groups: Publishers who share a ton of material, such as Green Ronin
and AEG, and publishers who are so miserly with open content I'd
never buy them again (a list topped by Mongoose -- every one of its
books I have seen uses the "we only share what we were given"
license).

Yes, I OWN a lot of products with great OGC in them. But LATELY I have been going into gaming stores and finding almost NOTHING that was not designated "derived from". (Clark's excellent stuff excluded.)

Remember when Mongoose first started coming out with stuff (See "The Quintessential Fighter") they had a very clear designation and gave away reams of stuff.

Now ... nothing.
