Let me go out on a limb here:

Sec. 6 requires you to include the COPYRIGHT NOTICE of any OGC. It doesn't
specify that all OGC in a book use the same Copyright Notice.

So, you could have done the extrapolation and had a bunch of lines (one for
each element), in effect applying your formula to everything. Then if I
wanted to use monster XYZ, I would only need to list the XYZ copyright
notice (since that would be the only OGC I used), along with the 2 general
statements (the SRD and OGL references).

Instead, if I follow the Section 6 to the letter (constructionist here), I'd
have to basically copy your formula and nothing else. I couldn't apply it,
since that isn't 'exact text.' I ran that by my lawyer. His advise was to
list both the exact text AND the formulaic application until such time as a
legal precedence was set. That makes for a nasty sec. 15, one I'm not
inclined to wish to use, so I won't be using that source for anything.
