I could, but I don't feel it's worth doing.  GR did
what they did and it really only matters if WotC
thinks what they did is derivative or not.  My, your,
or anyone else's thoughts or opinions really just
don't matter.

But everyone should be aware that what WotC (or any
company) thinks about something today isn't
necessarily going to be what they think about the same
thing tomorrow.  So when you do something that pushes
at the edges of the OGL (and I really fail to see how
anyone can say that claiming the entire 'Power Point'
system doesn't at least raise questions of their
possible derivative nature), relying on what another
third party did may not be the best move.  Do your
best to understand the OGL (and in my opinion, it's a
legally very straight forward and clear document) and
be prepared and willing to make adjustments if the
people you use material from have slightly different
understandings.
