I quote:
"The main fear is that at some point in the future
WoC/Hasbro will revoke or re-interpret the licence
so that all those companies that once took advantage
of the open licence will now find themselves on the
wrong end of a legal suit that will result in the collapse
of their companies. "

Um wouldn't this be prevented by section 9 of
the license that states:

"9. Updating the License: Wizards or its designated
Agents may publish updated versions of this License.
You may use any authorized version of this License to
copy, modify and distribute any Open Game Content
originally distributed under any version of this License."

So yes they have the power to change it when they
want, but much like the GPL and LGPL, they
can't stop you using material already released under
the older OGL since you would just continue to
use the old ones... Or am I wrong?

In fact even if WotC updated the license to say that
all OGC released under OGLV2.0 requires
payment of 10,000,000 pounds to WotC. You could
still use that OGC anyway, by simply using it under
the old original license...

(Emphasis mine)
"You may use ANY authorized version of this License to
copy, modify and distribute any Open Game Content
originally distributed under ANY version of this License"

So in short, I take it the author of that page has made
no attempt to read the license? Which I know is your
original reason for posting, I just found it so amusing
to read :)

Unless my interpretation of the license is wrong in
which case I'll shut up :P

Gary.
