Rather than using Product Identity to protect your artwork and "pictures" (what's the difference?), I think you should simply state that the text of the book is 100 percent Open Game Content. The artwork and maps would be protected by your copyright for the work and could not be reused. The second statement discourages reuse. No one's going to be able to tell that some of the proper names in your book are open, so the practical effect will be to close off material that shouldn't be closed. -- Rogers Cadenhead, [EMAIL PROTECTED] on 02/24/2003 Weblog: http://www.cadenhead.org/workbench _______________________________________________ Ogf-l mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://mail.opengamingfoundation.org/mailman/listinfo/ogf-l
