Well, I'll chime in. Of the 2 gaming groups I participate in (total of 9 people (some overlap between the 2)), I'm the only one who has taken time to figure out what the licenses mean (although the newest member, a law grad going for the NY bar in June, has taken some interest). The main reason I'm interested in these issues is because of my relationships with FanCC (Team Leader of 2 Netbooks (NPCs and Modern Times)) and PCGen (one of their OGL Gibbons). The others don't care about the licenses or declarations; they just care about the content...if they like it, they buy it, if not, then not.
Paul W. King Not in a cottage industry like this. It isn't the OGC designations that are making it not sell. Believe me, and I hope others will chime in here (John Nephew, etc), OGC issues have negligible market impact. The purchasing public doesn't give a $h*t in any significant way about it.
