Yes, the initial error was my calling for a 3 way vote. Compounded
by lack of formal voting procedures. If this group is to have an
extended life, we should fix that post-1.0.

There are more than 100 people subscribed to the list, but most of
them are probably sitting back silently pounding their heads against the
monitor in frustration :-)
