"slicetree_0.reld" is never lumped, because lumpfiles() skips over any files with non-8.3 names. This limit should really be removed (though I am hoping for a 32 bit DOS OHR port someday, the lumpfile abstraction layer will mean that any OS filename limits won't be a problem by then). Anyway, I would just remove this limit, but I am guessing that you did this on purpose, to prevent this from being lumped?
