Okay, this is my 2nd screw up in not long.  It turns out that ALL of my
stunning attacks in my game had the "cancel attack" bitset turned on!  But I
started the game WELL before this bitset was even added.  How could this have
happened?  Did custom automatically turn this bitset on for Stunning attacks
when upgrading old RPG files?

By the way, I'm sorry for causing people to look into this.  If it makes anyone
feel any better, I've spent the past hour or so trying to make a test case and
trying ot figure out why it was behaving correctly for the test case and not
for my game.
