Convert enemy types into elements 9-16:
-number of elements increased to 16
-enemytype bits in enemy editor now appear as elements 9-16
-.dt6 NOT modified, just the interpretation of some bits
-elemental damage array added to enemydata UDT; loadenemydata populates it from
 strong/weak/absorb/enemytype bits; saveenemydata ignores these and continues
 to save the old bits
-attack fail vs. and bonus vs. enemytype bits now loaded as elemental data
