To reproduce that: download the original Don't Psuh The Button from http://www.castleparadox.com/archive/operationohr/gamelist-display.php?username=Do%2520Not%2520Open%2520Till%25202005 Then while 'playing' click the program button on the taskbar over and over so the the window is maximised and minimised. Usually only takes one or two midi loops to crash.
