Options to mark elements as non-elemental are now available in General Game
Data -> Battle System Options
type-killer elements are automatically fixed in old games, but games edited
since type-killers were merged into elementals will have to fix them manually
if they matter.

I just noticed a minor backcompat bug with enemy spawning.
When an enemy is set to spawn in response to "Non elemental death", the spawn
behavior has changed since type-killer elementals started being treated like
regular elements.
