There is a recent script corruption bug of some kind that only shows up on Mac.
It can be reproduced by failures in `autotest.rpgdir` during `scons test` in
asserts that don't fail on other platforms
We haven't been able to reproduce this on Linux, and haven't heard reports of
it anywhere else, so assuming it may be Mac specific
