There was a thread about it on 9/9 on ol-tech. A librarians discovered
it, and it was removed.

I strongly recommend no-follow on external links. Google et al. will
"count" them for reputable sites, but it removes the motive for
spammers to spam. I can't see a downside. OL is not a place for sites
to be discovered, and the temptation to abuse it would be far too
great. We do it, and I think it's helped.
