I just checked and OL pages are archived at (logically) archive.org in the wayback machine. The beta site ends on this date:
http://web.archive.org/web/20100427104734/http://openlibrary.org/ There are some pages on the beta site that didn't get moved over to the 1.0 version, or at least didn't get linked. I don't know if any of that older stuff is useful...
