The plastic bulb holder used with wedge-base bulbs like 194 and 168. For
whatever reason the '77-up RWD Deltas and 98s had problems with the
plastic instrument cluster housing and printed circuit -- I think the
housing warped over time due to bulb heat. On mine I made sure the
contacts in the holder were sitting proud of the plastic and I was able to
actually back off the holder just slightly from being fully seated to get
the bulb to work in one case. I never thought that cluster design used
enough bulbs anyway.
