Try top of gas tank, under back saet, under carpet,
front kick panels or as you said front seat. Most commonly
ft/rear/tank.

I will have to look for a build sheet in this car, It def. has
the w31 on the fenders and I am only the 3rd owner, they could have easily
been put on, if nthe car has the build sheet with the verification that would
really be one rare car. I believe the only place I might find the build
sheet would be inder the rear seat, is that correct? This thing def. has
the alum. manifold on it.

Special heads and 10.5 to 1 comp. All rallyes should > have a head

Yes, this is it.
I don't know where
you got that information, but there were no W-31 Rallye 350s - the Rallye
350 used the same base 350 4bbl engine as the Cutlass Supreme.
And
all 1970 350s used #6 heads, with the W-31 having larger 2.00" intake
valves.
