They get around that by giving you a "warning" ticket for something you weren't doing, so they can then give you a ticket for something else. We need the law to read, If they pull you over for a warning offense, they can only write warnings on anything else. Its just an excuse now to go fishing for ins, reg, lic, seat belt, etc etc.
