Kerry, The seller cannot sell that body tag. It's a Federal Felony to do so, period. Yes, people try to skirt around the law and do some things that aren't legal. They just weren't caught, yet.
Ask the List about the sting that was pulled a year ago on a seller on eBay who was trying to sell a 442 body tag and VIN plate. He was busted by the FBI.
