In some sense yes. Iirc, Poland mirror is synced with yandex, not with
ibiblio, so it does provide omv2013.0 repositories.
So users of omv2013.0 can use either yandex or icm.edu.pl to get the
updates (and other mirrors synced with yandex or abf directly), but not
the ibiblio mirrors. I think this should be fixed and openmandriva2013.0
and openmandriva2014.0 folders should be synced to ibiblio, as well.
