It can be done, but what will we achieve ? iso build scripts add repositories in the same way as local system, so this error on iso build stage just indicates that urmi/urpmi is not working as expected. Please note, i am not saying that it is broken, there are some chances, that it just looks for the key in the different ( compared to ROSA urpm ) way.
