Hi Tomasz,

so should work on the minimal-iso also, if i format the /dev/sda1
and mount this filesystem on /mnt/sda1

urpmi --root /mnt/sda1 basesystem icewm

so should work this also ?

i see it at moment in --help .. humm, well, so
it should be possible to create an GUY for it with selection of task-xxxxx and an possible for adding manually rpm selection with auto dependency resolution ?

so, something like an "borginstaller" user led ;) possible to create in QT or something
an programminglanguage who works also in prompt with Asccii-art ..
i think Per Øyvind know wat i mean, like the 2 disk installer Per Øyvind from the past :) for create an install over ssh also in prompt, you know :) to have an possible for start "Bork-OMLx-installer" per asccii ;) to install an other computer.. this is also an well suggestion for providers to have an possible for an easy networkinstall (or over com3/2/1)..
you know .. no matter witch system, should both working well :)

because the minimal iso looks well so far :) and this it is why i have think about the installer-possibility .. becasue we mus satisfy also providers, they are can be also the key for an big success ..
and eventually working with ..

Per Øyvind, i have become your mailinglist-mail also and have read :)
it all sounds very tasty .. miummy :)))

best regards
Blacky

p.s.: gnhh.. was directly send to you Tomasz, but should on the mailinglist, sorry .. and btw, the spamhouse has declared my mailserver as spam, how dirty it's this.. damn *g* has delistet and now works again .. :\ hopfully for longer .. or i build up my server as mailserver also..

Hi,

can we add in urpmi the switch --install-system for tell urpmi, which drive
have urpmi to use for installing an basesystem and others task-XXXXX,
This is what "urpmi --root" does for ages.
