Hi,
well, an BSD-Guy, why do he use BSD ?
why do he use not OMLx ? the first question..
2nd well, it's give there any better program as equivalent ?
it is in an other Distro include ? like Redhat..
know anyone why info on it ? (and in which packet?)
my opinion, if an B-Guy tell, i like it not, it's the worst, why do he
not use OMLx ..
and why .. and so on.. think about, what have an B-Guy to tell if it's not
come from the Linux rank/comrades by self ? a BSD horned Devil can say
many ..
if it is into Debian and Redhat, should it also stay into OMLx.. (imho)
best regards
Blacky

Hi,
just wondering if anyone actually likes the "info" tool (just had
a conversation with a BSD guy who said info is the worst part of
Linux -- can't disagree much there) -- and if everyone hates it,
if we should do anything about it.
IMO pinfo makes it a lot more bearable than the regular info tool
(so one option could be dumping info for pinfo) -- another option
could be to just create an rpm macro that automatically runs
texi2html on any info stuff it finds, dump html files into
/usr/share/doc, and replace info with a script that opens the
right index.html file in the user's preferred browser.
Any opinions?
