The binaries are freely redistributable under the existing license,
but, no, source hasn't been made available for SUNWlibC, which comes
from DevPro-land.  I don't know of any schedule or work being done to
make the source public.

If you can get ON to compile and run properly using a variant of the
Java compiler that conforms to your licensing needs, then that work
sounds like a valuable contribution.
