Okay. While making the other changes, it occurred to me that "make all"
wasn't actually making all the different formats (single file,
per-section chunks, website chunks). So I set up the first couple
targets as
default: chunks
all: chunks index.html devref.html
So "make" will just make the website chunks, but "make all" will make
all the different formats. Sound okay?
