Assuming that will contain all the necessary updates to build ON as
part of the package (in the past, that was not the case), that should
be good.

When specific SS patches were required to build ON, there was a
separate tarball that was created explicitly for building ON.  The
following page contains the links to obtain the (now almost, but not
quite) current binaries:

I'm not sure who has access to update that page, but it would be good
to keep it current for those of us that like to build ON, but don't
have access to SWAN (there are a few :P).
