The usual process for porting to a new CBE doesn't include creating
public tarballs until after the internal testing process is done, and
we're ready to change the official CBE.  So that's why there is not a
public tarball of SS12u1 with any specific set of patches available at
this point.

I believe that the lint usage we're discussing doesn't require any
patches, so just using the FCS bits *should* be enough.

We (*) should definitely make sure that all the necessary tools are
completely available internally and externally BEFORE we officially
modify the CBE requirements.
