Hi Vladimir,

No restrictions on modification. Simply stated the Subcommittee section 
probably isn’t the right section for the “leadership diversity” language to be 
inserted. Which section that would go into is certainly a topic for discussion. 
From my personal perspective that should be more of a guiding principle as 
there will no doubt be exceptions from time to time. I will start a separate 
thread on that.
