Can you try ete-k8s.sh onap instantiateVFWCL ? I dont go to the admin portal very often (its actually a deprecated step in preload I think)

[X] [X] In particular the error is that the sdnc admin portal is "Unable to get database connection. Error: Handshake inactivity timeout". It seems that the portal can’t contact the sdnc db in order to insert the credential value (email and password).
