* CIA (originally proposed as Docker/OCI Images - Best Practices and Tools) was ultimately approved as a sub-project which expanded the scope of the Integration project. It was not approved as a standalone project. All of that said, there is no provision for a PTL of a sub-project. * On the Committer piece, on 6/20/2018 Bin Lu was added to committer list in v.21 of the project proposal. This is several revisions prior to when the proposal was put in front of the TSC for approval at the June 21st, 2018 meeting. So yes Bin * Looking at gerrit I see no commits from Bin in oparent/cia. I see only see one each in so and vnfsdk, which do not count here. Similarly I see code reviews that have been done for a couple of other projects, but none for the oparent/cia repo.
