Bin is a legitimate committer and has been one since the inception of the project. See attachment for details. He's also been contributing to the project's efforts. Bin, Sylvain and Tal were asked to self nominate. Only Bin expressed interest in leading the effort. Furthermore, and in the interest of transparency, the election took place using ONAP best practices. All committers received a CIVS ballot with ample time to respond. If the TSC wishes to vote to change the lead election rules specifically for this project or the status of project itself, that's its prerogative.
