As a PTL, I personally feel it is important that committers aren’t just doing gerrit commits. But also show meritocracy in the following activities: • actively participate in Weekly meetings • respond to onap-discuss questions for that project • actively help develop wiki information and respond to comments on wiki’s • participate in gerrit reviews not just a submitter, but also review other submissions • actively work with the PTL and other committers with planning for sprints, milestones, JIRA All these items are just as important as someone who simply submits code, they ensure a healthy working team.
