Hello I agree with the proposal
If we want to include the email vote, I would propose to replace" two (2) consecutive meetings" by 2 consecutive events (TSC meetings and email vote)." We can get an observation period for the next 3 months to detect is there is a problem for the quorum and solve it if necessary. Do not solve problems that does not (yet) exist. However, I also believe that the motivation is not only about voting. It is also to be involved technically in the project. I think that we should force all TSC member to get a minimum technical background about ONAP (ie minimal is to follow the ONAP course...).
