Hi Kenny Based on my recollection from Linux Foundation, those committer have to step down by themselves. I did send email to every committer after release 1, only 3 of them agree to step down, all others prefer to stay, do you have any advice how to handle this? There are also lots of people who contribute the commit in R2, but not list here since they didn’t request as the committer.

And as my earlier email asked, I'm not clear what is meant by modelspec. Our committed resource, Jessie, for example has made significant model contributions, in addition to several resources from AT&T (among others as well).
