[Winona Online Democracy]

I think this reusing the government computers for public access
locations is an excellent idea.  Would one of our legislators be willing
to offer this in the next session?  It seems like a one line change in
the legislation that prohibits the "donation".  Maybe we could get some
one in House or Senate reserach to find the statute and via this cyber
space we could all "write a proposed amendment".  I understand the
Ventura adminestration is looking for "innovative ideas" that are using
resources creatively.  This looks like one that would work.  Lynn
