[Winona Online Democracy]
I think Selco does an excellent job of giving access to books in at least 35
different librarys in southeastern Minnesota. To duplicate that service
would take funds dedicated to something else and then only duplicate whats
already out there.
Back to grinding a previous ax, you need internet access to everyone to make
Selco really available.
