[Winona Online Democracy]

Personally,  I like the Governor's proposal.  It doesn't seem right, in a 
land of "equality" that a student living in say, Rochester or Edina has a 
higher level of education than a student living in a poor section of Mpls, 
or Baudette.  They are all Minnesotans, so why should one school district 
have trouble buying text books while the other has brand new computers and 
pays their teachers a much higher salary?
