[Winona Online Democracy]
I agree with refocusing on the "internet" issue. If we can recylce
computers that would be great. But I also got an advertisment from
Charter Cable regarding high speed access. Does one need the same
computer equipment or do some TV sets offer the access? If so, do
people just need key boards?? Like I have an older comupter that does
not work for internet, but the key board is fine, so could that be
donated to an "exchange" like we do other items at "Voluntary
exchanges?"
PS Randy...I am not sure I got this message into the e-democracy list!!
