[Winona Online Democracy]
Thank you Mr. Nelson. Your response is just the type of question and
response we need from persons who know and/or are in charge of the various
aspects of our community life, city, county government areas etc. This
helps clarify, counter rumors and false impressions etc. Thank you.
On another note, is anyone besides me concerned with the "development" under
consideration for the East end of Winona. Mr Corey doesn't sound to
reliable to me or is that a false impression I am picking up from the news
articles concerning him and his plans.
I trust our Community Development people but I would like to be reassured by
someone from that office that they have indeed looked into his ability to
pay his bills and whether or not his plans have any foundation in facts.
